Morgan Lewis partner Daniel Skees was quoted in an S&P Global Platts article about the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s new policy that bars public disclosure of information relating to cybersecurity violations. In the article, Dan noted that the policy reflects the government’s "heightened sensitivity to anything that could create cybersecurity risks for the electric system at this point."
