NEW YORK, February 3, 2021: Morgan Lewis is representing FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. (FTOC), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in a definitive agreement and plan of reorganization with Payoneer Inc., a global payment and commerce-enabling platform leveraged by millions of digital businesses worldwide. The newly combined company is expected to have an implied estimated enterprise value of approximately $3.3 billion at closing.
