MOSCOW, February 19, 2021: Morgan Lewis represented a consortium of investors led by the Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF), which was established by the Russian Direct Investment Fund and China Investment Corporation, on the establishment and joint development of Binnopharm Group, a pharmaceutical holding company created on the basis of JSC Alium and OJSC Sintez.
As a result, Binnopharm Group will become one of the three largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Russia.
