Morgan Lewis partner Jennifer Feldsher was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article discussing guidance from the Small Business Administration focused on restaurants who have filed for bankruptcy. In the article, Jennifer notes that the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) may be a better alternative for restaurants than the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). She explains that with the RRF “the funds can be used for mortgage payments, rent, debt service, utilities, supplies, and retooling for outdoor dining or other adjustments.”
