Partner Sharon Perley Masling spoke with Bloomberg about the impact that employers calling people back from remote working arrangements could have on office culture. “It will be more challenging for an employer to show that working on site is an essential function of the job,” Sharon said. “For people with disabilities or those with caregiving responsibilities, telework has been a bit of a silver lining from the pandemic. I think it has definitely changed the mindset.”
