In the nearly five-month-long public nuisance trial, brought by three California counties and the City of Oakland, the court “carefully considered all of the evidence presented by the plaintiff in support of their claims against these manufacturing defendants before rendering its findings in a 42-page ruling in favor of defendants on all claims,” wrote partner Collie James in a written statement to The Recorder.
