Partner Ella Foley Gannon and associates David K. Brown and Wogai Mohmand successfully represented the Honolulu Board of Water Supply, which intervened in an administrative proceedings after a fuel leak at the US Navy’s Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility led to drinking water contamination in the state. Following a two-day virtual hearing, the Hawaii Department of Health adopted a decision affirming an emergency order requiring the Navy to shut down the facility and make plans to remove about 187 million gallons of fuel stored there.
The full team, including associates Brady Witbeck, Ryan Roth, and David Yates, earned a shout out for the representation from Litigation Daily.
