The National Law Journal featured the arrival of new partner Erin Martin, a 13-year veteran of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) who most recently served as legal branch chief in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance. At Morgan Lewis, she advises on public company disclosure and advisory matters including special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transactions. “Morgan Lewis is truly a global law firm and it has offices and key financial centers across the United States, Asia, Europe [and] the Middle East,” Erin told the publication. “I’m also joining a bench of … attorneys with previous government experience—a number of my new colleagues were folks I worked with over the years at the SEC.”
