BEIJING and HONG KONG, February 23, 2022: Morgan Lewis has been recognized by China Business Law Journal in its Deals of the Year 2021 report for its role as Chinese counsel to Silk Road Fund, a sovereign investment fund in China, on its participation in an EIG-led global investor consortium’s acquisition of a 49% stake in Aramco Oil Pipelines Co. from Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Aramco) for $12.4 billion. The Morgan Lewis team included partners Ning Zhang and Hao Su.
