SINGAPORE, March 8, 2022: Morgan Lewis Stamford has been recognized by India Business Law Journal in its Deals of the Year 2021 report for the firm’s role as counsel to Duro Capital, an India-focused investment management firm, in its investment in Pine Labs, a payment systems provider and leading fintech company in India. The total value of the round was $285 million. The Morgan Lewis team advising Duro Capital included partner Vanessa Ng and associates Kristian Lee and Shannon Soh.
