NEW YORK, March 28, 2022: Morgan Lewis has been recognized in BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service A-Team 2022: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance report, one of only three law firms globally that have appeared among the top 30 Client Service firms since the survey’s inception in 2002. Morgan Lewis ranked #8 on the Client Service 30, a jump from the firm’s #10 ranking in 2021.
This year’s edition of the report also recognized Morgan Lewis as “Best of the Best” in several categories, including Innovative Approach, Provides Practical Solutions, Deals with Unexpected Changes, Anticipates Client’s Needs, and Meets Core Scope.
To compile the report, BTI identifies hundreds of law firms that serve Fortune 1000 companies, of which a fraction are singled out by name. Less than 5% of the firms—the "best of the best"—make the BTI Client Service 30.
