Russian Foreign Debt Moratorium Would be 'Very Last Resort', Believe Market Participants, GlobalCapital

Partner Bruce Johnston spoke to GlobalCapital about the possible implications of a Russian foreign debt moratorium. “We don't have a published list yet of which Russian financial institutions will be excluded from SWIFT,” said Bruce. He added, “For corporates, it will just mean that their banks are less useful to them. They won't be able to send payments as easily. Payments were made internationally before SWIFT, however.
