Partner Sharon Masling spoke to Corporate Counsel following the US Supreme Court’s decision eliminating the constitutional right to abortion.
Sharon discussed the likelihood that there will be additional court battles surrounding the many questions following the Supreme Court’s decision.
She noted that “the extraterritorial application of some of these restrictive state laws” would likely be litigated—particularly for those in states with restrictive laws traveling to seek abortion services.
