NEW YORK, June 30, 2022: In its 15th annual list of the Best Law Firms for Women, Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media) named Morgan Lewis among the firms that encourage women to rise to the top.

Seramount’s 2022 Best Law Firms for Women application included more than 300 questions about lawyer demographics at different levels, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. There were also questions around the ability to work from home some of the time, family-friendly benefits, and mentoring and sponsorship participation.
