Jonathan discussed employer concerns around coverage of abortions through health benefit plans, including reimbursement of travel costs incurred to procure lawful abortions in other jurisdictions. He also discussed what avenues employers with employees in states where abortion is illegal may consider in order to facilitate abortion access for employees and their dependents.
