Morgan Lewis Advises GlidePath Power Solutions in Guam Solar Facility Sale

NEW YORK, July 25, 2022: Morgan Lewis represented GlidePath Power Solutions in the sale of a 36.6 megawatt (MW) solar facility in Inalåhan, Guam to CleanCapital. The transaction includes the solar farm and rights to GlidePath’s solar development pipeline on the island. The 36.6 MW site supplies renewable energy to the Guam Power Authority.

The Morgan Lewis team advising GlidePath included partners Elizabeth Hanigan and Vito Petretti and associates Jonathan Wilcon and Hillel Neumark.
