SAN FRANCISCO, August 12, 2022: ChIPs, the global organization of women in law, technology, and policy, has named Morgan Lewis to its annual Honor Roll in recognition of the firm’s efforts to create a fair and inclusive workplace. Morgan Lewis has been recognized among only five law firms on the 2022 Honor Roll and was one of only two firms honored for the commitment of its intellectual property practice to “Excellence in Inclusion for All.”
The distinguished Honor Roll placement was earned in conjunction with the firm’s recognition as a 2022 Inclusion Champion in the recently released Inclusion Blueprint, which named Morgan Lewis’s intellectual property practice as one of only two of the year’s practice group Inclusion Champions, and the firm as one of only eight firms (out of 240 total) that met the requirements for equity across four key indicators: (1) diversity representation, (2) year-over-year diversity progress, (3) diversity representation tracking, and (4) meaningful inclusion practices and activities. Created to measure equity among law firms, the Inclusion Blueprint is a joint initiative between ChIPs and Diversity Lab, an incubator for innovative ideas and solutions that boost diversity and inclusion in law.
The firm will be honored for inclusion excellence at the ChIPs Global Summit in October.
