BOSTON, August 22, 2022: Morgan Lewis represented NEFCO in its acquisition of Newman Associates LLC after representing NEFCO in an investment by Bertram Capital earlier this month.
NEFCO is a family-owned and family-operated construction supply company providing a broad range of products and services to a large variety of professional contractors. Newman Associates is a supplier of pipe-support systems offering products, tools, and hardware for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection contractors.
