Partner Kenneth Nunnenkamp was featured in the “Ten Minutes On” Foreign Investment Watch video series discussing his and partner Giovanna Cinelli’s report, “Analysis: It’s Time to Create ‘The Commission on Foreign Investment and National Security.” In the segment, Kenneth details the proposal as outlined in the analysis, which calls for the elevation of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to a federal commission on par with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, or Federal Communications Commission.
Among other benefits, the proposal “brings everything into one place with actual experts where expertise can be housed,” Kenneth noted.
