The firm earned the recognition for its role as Chinese counsel to Silk Road Fund—a sovereign investment fund in China—on its participation in an Energy Infrastructure Group (EIG) led global investor consortium’s acquisition of a 49% stake in Aramco Oil Pipelines Co. from Saudi Arabian Oil Co. for $12.4 billion.
