Partner Duke McCall was featured in an article about how lawyers are guiding clients through potential changes to the permitting process from the creation of the Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights within the US Environmental Protection Agency.

“What I’ve been telling my clients is this is a significant development on how the agency will do business across the various programs it administers,” Duke said. “We’re on the cusp, I think, of a significant change in how the agency is doing business, with more unknown than known.”
