CENTURY CITY, October 5, 2022: Morgan Lewis partner Seth Gerber has been recognized by the Daily Journal as a Top Trade Secrets Lawyer in California for 2022.
This marks the third consecutive year that Seth, who leads the firm’s Intellectual Property Trade Secrets Working Group, has received the recognition. He is listed among 26 lawyers who have handled high-stakes cases in the last year.
An accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on trade secret and noncompete matters, Seth successfully defends complex mass raid cases to verdict after lengthy jury trials, and has obtained and defeated ex parte applications for temporary restraining orders and motions for preliminary injunction in jurisdictions across the United States. Additionally, he has experience in cross-border litigation and forensic investigations and counsels clients with respect to defining, classifying, and protecting their confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information.
