A trial team comprised of associates Jesse Krompier and Wogai Mohmand and led by partners Deanne Miller and David Schrader received a shout-out from The AM Law Litigation Daily for securing a judgment for more than $133 million plus interest for Shell Oil Company. The judgment—entered by a state court judge in late November against Barclay Hollander Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dole plc—comes after a Los Angeles jury evenly allocated the costs associated with cleaning up environmental contamination in a neighborhood in Carson, California, between the two companies.
