NEW YORK, December 29, 2022: Morgan Lewis partner Jennifer Feldsher has been named a 2022 Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts. Jennifer was selected for her representation of clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including the representation of major global banks in US Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
A partner and co-leader of Morgan Lewis’s bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency practice, Jennifer represents bulge banks and special situation funds on complex in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions. Jennifer has directed all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including recapitalizations, rights offerings, debtor-in-possession (DIP) loan negotiations and related hearings, contested plan confirmation hearings, contested relief from stay hearings, and cash collateral hearings.
