HONG KONG, March 16: Asian Legal Business has recognized Morgan Lewis partner Vivien Yu as part of its 2023 list of Rising Stars in Hong Kong. The annual list, featured in the magazine’s March issue, highlights lawyers under age 40 who are doing high-quality work in Hong Kong and earning accolades from their colleagues, superiors, and clients. Vivien was nominated for her work advising multinational corporate and individual clients on a wide range of immigration and mobility matters.
With a focus on Greater China, Vivien develops and maintains customized regional immigration and mobility programs for multinational corporations in order to achieve a globally mobile workforce and advises startups and investors on special immigration categories in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China (PRC). She counsels corporate clients on available work permit and visa categories to target their varying business needs in Hong Kong and the PRC.
