Three Morgan Lewis Partners Named Top Advisors by Foreign Investment Watch

WASHINGTON, DC, March 28, 2023: Morgan Lewis partner David Plotinsky has been named to the Foreign Investment Watch (FIW) Top Advisors 2023 list, which recognizes leading legal, financial, compliance, and communications professionals who provide advice concerning national security review of foreign investments in the United States and overseas. David is recognized for his work related to the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS).

David is the former acting chief of the US Department of Justice’s Foreign Investment Review Section and represents clients such as venture capital, private equity, and infrastructure firms. He guides clients through government national security review processes for foreign investment, including review by the CFIUS and Team Telecom. David also focuses on trade, information communications technology and services, and critical and emerging technologies.
