SAN FRANCISCO/SILICON VALLEY, May 1, 2023: Morgan Lewis represented SRI International, an independent nonprofit research institute, in an agreement to receive the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), a research and development organization and Xerox company. Terms of the combination include Xerox’s planned donation of PARC and its assets to SRI International.
SRI is a nonprofit, independent research institute serving government and industry working to bring innovations to the marketplace through research as a service, spinoff ventures, new product solutions, and technology licensing.
