The American Lawyer announced the arrival of a group of ten lawyers across five Morgan Lewis offices. The team, led by partners Arjun Rao, Brian Frontino, and Allen Denson, comprises class action and regulatory lawyers focusing on consumer financial services.
“We really think the Morgan Lewis platform is fantastic for our group’s practice and they already have a financial service team that represents many of the country’s largest financial institutions in government investigations and regulatory matters,” Denson said.
“The existing structure matches what we have, which is a national-facing practice.”
