NEW YORK, June 1, 2023: Morgan Lewis has been named among the Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity. The annual list by Seramount recognizes the firms that encourage women and lawyer from underrepresented groups to advance their careers. Morgan Lewis has been named to the list every year since 2020.
As with previous assessments, Seramount’s 2023 Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity application included more than 300 questions about lawyer demographics at different levels, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women. There were also questions about family-friendly benefits and mentoring and sponsorship participation. Seramount broadened the 2023 assessment to inquire about people of color and lawyers from other underrepresented groups.
