Partner Joshua Goodman spoke with Law360 about his decision to join Morgan Lewis after more than a decade at the US Federal Trade Commission. He said the transition to private practice will bring new and interesting challenges and that the firm’s reputation in antitrust and competition law made it “an ideal platform” to start a private practice.
