Ivan has been involved in many award-winning deals, including advising on a $2 billion widebody fleet renewal program named Ishka’s Best Asian Deal of 2022, regularly acts for airlines, lessors, and financial institutions in respect of cross-border aircraft finance and leasing transactions, including restructuring of leasing and finance structures, airline restructuring, and aircraft portfolio sales.
Chrystle advises clients on equity and debt capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. She has assisted clients with initial and secondary public offerings, placements and subscriptions of securities including shares, options, bonds and convertible instruments, and general offers including mandatory and voluntary offers.
