NEW YORK, November 30, 2023: Morgan Lewis has been named a finalist in several categories of Legalweek’s 2024 Leaders in Tech Law Awards, which recognize law firms, in-house legal departments, and providers that have developed and implemented innovative legal technologies. Additionally, recently retired partner Tess Blair will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in founding, shaping, and leading Morgan Lewis’s eData practice.
Morgan Lewis is a finalist in the following categories:
- Best Use of Emerging Technology (Non-AI) for our Knowledge Management team’s collaboration with OutSystems to use low-code development to build digital applications that can be adapted to address a myriad of firm and client legal needs.
- E-Discovery Technology and Innovation for the development and launch of our eData Tech Stack, which enables our lawyers to efficiently complete time-consuming tasks associated with ediscovery and encompasses a search term validator, Microsoft Teams chat sorter, and training and skills-assessment platform.
- Innovations in Knowledge Management for ML Client Intel: Know Your Client, which provides client information in a frequently updated dashboard containing reports from multiple sources.
- Innovations in Knowledge Management for VizBridge, an interactive digital application designed in-house that gives clients a view of their trademarks around the world.
- Innovator of the Year for Intellectual property partner Rachelle Dubow for envisioning and spearheading VizBridge.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in New York on January 29.
