BOSTON, December 15, 2023: Morgan Lewis advised PCTEL Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, in connection with its sale to Amphenol Corporation.

PCTEL is a global provider of wireless technology solutions, including purpose-built Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) devices, antenna systems, and test and measurement products. Amphenol is one of the world’s largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions.
