In a recent FTC Watch article about his arrival to Morgan Lewis from the Federal Trade Commission, partner Josh Goodman said that while he “had a great experience during investigations and litigation” at the FTC, he is excited about the “possibility of a new chapter, developing a private practice that will allow [him] to take on new challenges.”
Josh added that he chose Morgan Lewis because of the breadth and depth of the firm’s antitrust practice and its work serving clients in a range of industries.
