MUNICH, March 4, 2024: Morgan Lewis is advising KME SE on its share purchase agreement of 100% of the shares of Blackhawk Holding GmbH, a German managing holding company owning 100% of Sundwiger Messingwerk GmbH. The sellers are a group of financial investors advised by Deutsche Invest Mittelstand GmbH.
KME is one of the world's largest manufacturers of copper and copper alloy products, while Sundwiger Messingwerk is a European manufacturer of bronze semifinished rolled products and producer of brass semifinished rolled products. Morgan Lewis previously advised KME on its de-SPAC agreement for Cunova’s special product business.
