Recipients of the Emerging Leaders Awards are young professionals under the age of 40 who have made groundbreaking contributions in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and restructuring.
Allison regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging market companies on domestic and multijurisdictional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carveout spinoffs, strategic investments, dispositions, co-investments, and minority investments. She also counsels on general corporate and compliance matters.
Allison is among a group who will be recognized at a September awards ceremony in New York City.
