NEW YORK and BOSTON, June 21, 2024: Morgan Lewis partners Allison Gargano and Ben Stein have been named by The M&A Advisor as Emerging Leaders at its 15th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards. Recipients of the Emerging Leaders Awards are young professionals under the age of 40 who have made groundbreaking contributions in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and restructuring.
Allison regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging market companies on domestic and multijurisdictional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carveout spinoffs, strategic investments, dispositions, co-investments, and minority investments. She also counsels on general corporate and compliance matters.
Ben represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings, and US Securities and Exchange Commission registered securities offerings. He counsels public companies with respect to securities disclosure issues, corporate governance matters, New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq compliance issues, and reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
