ECP is a provider of emergency department management services for hospitals and health systems across the United States. ECP currently operates in eight states and meets the needs of 1.5 million patient visits annually. MidOcean Partners is a New York-based alternative asset manager specializing in middle-market private equity, alternative credit, and structured equity.
