DUBAI, July 15, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Baraya Extended Care in its $124 million Series B funding round led by TVM Capital Healthcare and other key investors in the region.
Baraya Extended Care delivers long-term care, rehabilitation, and home health services across Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2023, it currently operates outpatient clinics in Riyadh and Jedda.
