Landmark Ruling on Equal Pay: Women Can Sue for Top Salaries, Markt Und Mittelstand

Partner Philipp Schäuble spoke with Markt Und Mittelstand about a ruling by the Federal Labor Court in Germany that confirms that men and women in the same or equivalent positions must, in principle, be paid equally.

Philipp noted that the crucial point of the decision is that salary differences between women and men in comparable positions must be considered by employers.
