Export Compliance Daily cited a Morgan Lewis LawFlash written by partners Michael Huneke, Katelyn Hilferty, Carl Valenstein, and Casey Weaver and associate Ivon Guo in an article about the US Bureau of Industry and Security’s (BIS) new 50% export control rule.

Quoting from the LawFlash, the article notes that the new BIS rule is “very limited” and could push exporters to apply for licenses “on an expedited basis to avoid noncompliance.”
