International Trademark Association Appoints Morgan Lewis Partner Rachelle Dubow as Board Counsel

BOSTON, November XX, 2025: Morgan Lewis partner Rachelle Dubow, managing partner of the firm’s Boston office, has been appointed Board Counsel for the International Trademark Association (INTA). She will serve a two-year term beginning January 1, 2026.

Recognized for her work by World Trademark Review, Chambers USA, The Legal 500 US, and Best Lawyers in America, Rachelle advises clients on the protection, enforcement, and licensing of IP rights, with a focus on trademark prosecution and global brand management. She counsels leading domestic and multinational companies across industries—including finance, technology, entertainment, life sciences, medical and pharmaceutical products, retail, and consumer products—on trademark selection, clearance, registration, and portfolio integration in commercial transactions. She also guides clients through trademark diligence for mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other investment matters. Rachelle previously served on INTA’s Board of Directors from 2020 to 2022.
