National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Honors Christina Chen with 2025 Best Under 40 Award

November 18, 2025

SAN FRANCISCO, November 18, 2025: Litigation associate Christina Chen has been honored with a 2025 Best Under 40 Award by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). The award celebrates NAPABA members that are exceptional individuals under the age of 40 who have achieved prominence and distinction in their fields—ranging from the practice of law, academia, business, civic and charitable affairs, the judiciary, and politics—and have demonstrated a strong commitment to Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander civic or community affairs.

Christina’s practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, complex financial disputes, and matters arising under the Bankruptcy Code. She represents financial institutions, including banks, asset-based lenders, and loan servicers, in lender liability claims and borrower litigation in state and federal courts. Christina also advises plan administrators, liquidating trustees, and other fiduciaries responsible for administering chapter 7 and chapter 11 estates, bringing actions involving fraudulent transfers, preferential transfers, and claims objections. She guides clients through contested proceedings, 363 sales, and examinations under Section 341, and maintains an active pro bono practice supporting limited English proficient immigrants with immigration, housing, and family law matters.

Christina was honored at the 2025 NAPABA Convention in Denver in early November.
