IJGlobal Honors Morgan Lewis with North America Restructure of the Year Award
December 15, 2025BOSTON, December 15, 2025: Morgan Lewis has been recognized with the North America Restructure of the Year Award at this year’s IJGlobal Investor Awards for its role in the equitization and comprehensive recapitalization of the Cricket Valley Energy Center. The annual award highlights infrastructure and energy investments work, specifically focusing on fundraising, deployment, and M&A activity across the Americas.
Morgan Lewis advised Cricket Valley on its equity transfer to Kiwoom Securities Co., Ltd. and the first and second lien project debt refinancing, managing all aspects of the transaction including Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States negotiations, filings, and strategic interactions.
Winners were recognized at a ceremony in New York.
