Morgan Lewis Advises Eurazeo on Investment in Excelya

PARIS, December 5, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Eurazeo, a leading European investment group, in its investment in Excelya, a European clinical research services provider. The investment sees Eurazeo join Excelya as a long-term investor alongside its management team.
