Partner Jennifer Feldsher Named a Top Woman Dealmaker for 2025

NEW YORK, December 19, 2025: Partner Jennifer Feldsher has been honored among The M&A Atlas’s Top Woman Dealmakers for 2025 at the Global M&A Network’s annual awards. The award reflects Jennifer’s dealmaking proficiency, transactional experience, and standing among clients, colleagues, and peers and underscores her achievements in the legal M&A and restructuring transactional communities.

Jennifer represents secured creditors, special situations investment funds, private credit providers, and ad hoc groups in bankruptcy proceedings, section 363 sales, and in-court and out-of-court complex corporate debt restructurings and recapitalizations. She also provides counsel to troubled corporate debtors in reorganizations, asset sales, loan restructurings, and commercial loan transactions.

Jennifer has directed all aspects of the bankruptcy process for debtors and creditors. She has a command of chapter 11 plan formulation and confirmation, relief from stay and cash collateral negotiations, and debtor-in-possession/exit financing negotiations and related hearings.

Jennifer was honored on December 8 at an awards ceremony in New York City.
