Morgan Lewis Advises Zencap Asset Management and Bpifrance Investissement on Enersweet Investment

PARIS, March 19, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Zencap Asset Management and Bpifrance Investissement on their investment in Enersweet, a software solutions firm dedicated to the energy transition of buildings.

The financing was taken over from Pictet Asset Management and was structured as a unitranche facility. Concurrently, Ring Capital acquired a minority stake in Enersweet, while management retained a majority stake.

Enersweet is a French group founded in 2022 that specializes in software and digital solutions supporting the energy transition of buildings. Its strategy is based on a buy-and-build model.

Founded in 2011, Zencap Asset Management is a Paris-based asset management firm that focuses on providing debt services to infrastructure, real estate, and private equity investments throughout Europe. Bpifrance, a public investment bank, supports companies from seed to stock market listing, from credit to equity. As a privileged interlocutor, Bpifrance offers financing or investment solutions adapted to companies at each stage of the life.
