Partner Beth Herrington Named Among Notable Women in Law by Crain’s Chicago Business

CHICAGO, March 2, 2026: Morgan Lewis partner Elizabeth Herrington has been named by Crain’s Chicago Business to its 2026 Notable Women in Law list. This is the third time Beth has appeared on the list, which recognizes leading Chicago-area lawyers for their professional success, mentorship, and community impact.

Beth, leader of the firm’s Chicago litigation practice, focuses on complex commercial and class action litigation across the United States, including management of multijurisdictional investigations and litigation. Co-leader of the firm’s technology industry team and AI client solutions strategic initiative, Beth handles litigation and counseling for some of the country’s top technology and ecommerce companies, advises clients on compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity requirements, and counsels on privacy and security issues related to cutting-edge technologies.

Beth additionally serves on the Women’s Board of the Lincoln Park Zoo, helps lead the Chicago American Inn of Court, and mentors several rising lawyers.
