PE Firms Chasing Health Care M&A Getting More Regulatory Leeway, but Not a Free Ride, Corporate Counsel

Corporate Counsel quoted partner Susan Zhu in an article about the evolving regulatory posture toward private equity–backed healthcare M&A under the current administration. Susan highlighted a more flexible but still cautious enforcement environment.

Susan told the publication that “the perception (is) that this administration does not have that sort of default negative approach to private equity.”

“We’re still advising everyone to be very thoughtful about their overall strategy,” she added.
