Partner Allison Gargano was quoted by S&P Global in an article discussing private equity and venture capital’s increased appetite for restaurants in 2025.

Allison noted, “Private equity firms are expected to remain active in the restaurant industry in 2026, concentrating on assets with multiple avenues for value creation, including franchising, digital ordering, and operational efficiencies.”
