PARIS, June 11, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Lightspeed Venture Partners in connection with its $5 million (approximately €4.3 million) investment as lead investor, alongside OVNI Capital and Kima Ventures, in Kyber. This funding will support the commercial rollout of the startup, which develops remote robot control and artificial intelligence (AI) agent solutions.

Kyber is a French deep tech company building open-source real-time infrastructure for the Physical AI era. Its ultra-low latency technologies enable humans and AI systems to remotely control machines, including robots, drones, XR systems and autonomous devices as if they were local. Founded by VLC lead developer Jean-Baptiste Kempf, Kyber operates at the intersection of networking, low latency, open source, and next-generation machine interactions.

The Morgan Lewis team consisted of partner Sébastien Pontillo and associates Thomas Maincent and Taqwa Lidghi.
